Seek med advice if..: Episiotomy suturing should have healed by 7 weeks. Check to see source of bleeding, if it from the suture site and if you are not able to stop it seek medical advice. If self limiting, probably mucosal bleed due to sexual intercourse - keep an eye on it for future bleeds.
