Depends: It depends upon whether your low cortisol levels were from adrenal or pituitary causes. If it was pituitary, you may have other hormonal abnormalities that interfere with conception. If it was your adrenal glands, and you're receiving appropriate replacement, you should return to whatever fertility you had prior to your acute episode. Check w/your doctors and have your partner checked.
