Caution: Taking a corticosteroid isn't something that should be done without a diagnosis, especially at your young age. There are several potential side effects. If you do not have addison's then i would ask what the diagnosis is, and what the treatment duration is. If you haven't had a rheumatology evaluation that would be a good next step.
