Mistake?: Life has taught me not to attribute to malice what is adequately explained by a simple human error. With today's high volumes of patients, it's easy to get folks confused momentarily. And making accusations that may have serious consequences, even if true, is a dangerous and unpleasant road for everyone. Phone the office manager and tell what happened, then make any other decisions wisely.
