Yes: You'll need a workup if it's high after two weeks off alcohol, ibuprofen and any meds you don't truly need, if this applies. It'll include a check for hepatitis B and C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis, and maybe a few others. It may be nothing more than your genetics and your liver asking for more aerobic exercise. Take this seriously. Best wishes.

Yes: I agree w/Dr. Ed Friedlander and would also recommend avoiding acetaminophen (paracetamol) as this can irritate your liver when taken in excess. Statins (cholesterol lowering medications) are commonly prescribed drugs that can alter liver chemistry although FDA deems this less likely nowadays. Also avoid OTC dietary supplements that promise miraculous weight loss, muscle gain & erectile function
