Group decision: Cosmetic surgery is serious business at any age. More so at such a young age due to the possible sychological consequences. In my consultation, i evaluate the maturity of the patient and her understanding of the requested procedure . I also request consent from both parents and pediatritian. The benefits of surgery can be enormous as far as self esteem and confidence.
