No: If you've lost a massive amount of weight your insurance company might pay for certain procedures, but there are no "grants" that I am aware of. There are multiple companies that off financing but obviously that has to be replayed.

No but...: The nih recently classified obesity as a disease. The implications of this on benefits coverage is not yet fully understood. Perhaps this has implications for insurance companies being mandated to provide coverage for the sequelae of massive weight loss but it is still too early to know. Consider a university training program or community hospital indigent care clinic for financial assistance.
