Labral tear ?: Things in a hip can tear causing such symptoms should see an orthopedic surgeon an mri/arthrogram may be needed for definitive diagnosis.

Multiple reasons: This might be consistent with labral tearing, articular cartilage lesion, bony impingement, synovitis, loose bodies. Needs xray and mri.
