I'm assuming you meant LBBB (left bundle branch block). The EKG, performed with abnormal lead placement might have accurately displayed an abnormality suggestive of a left bundle branch block, it should be confirmed with a repeat EKG with leads properly placed. Concerning an echocardiogram, a repeat should be based upon one's history, physical exam and any pertinent tests performed.
