66 year old female here.had ekg which showed lvbb - however the tech had me leave clothing on and put leads on belly and hips not legs and just below neck. was this wrong placement. echo one year ago normal. ekg normal apr now advised to repeat echo?

I'm assuming you meant LBBB (left bundle branch block). The EKG, performed with abnormal lead placement might have accurately displayed an abnormality suggestive of a left bundle branch block, it should be confirmed with a repeat EKG with leads properly placed. Concerning an echocardiogram, a repeat should be based upon one's history, physical exam and any pertinent tests performed.
