Arm pain at night?: I guess that would mean u are working hard during the day. It's unusual for a pain of this nature to occur at night only. If a short term problem, try aleve (naproxen) but you may need to get seen for that one. Also, if waking up with it and hand numb may benefit from a wrist splint, if carpal tunnell syndrome at play, keeping wrist straight at night helpful. Maybe u will get a better answer, good luck.
