Muscle Strain: It most likely is muscle starin related to your Gym Activities.I suggest you give your muscles some rest may be for a week or so and see if the pain goes away.You can also take some non steroidal anti inflammatory agents available over the counter if you are not allergic to them.And that might help as well.Rest and Anti Inflammatory is the way to go.If that does nit help.Then consult your doctor
