I am 58 years old. i was diagnosed with glaucoma. i have30% nerve damage and pressure is 27 with minimal peripheral vision loss. i used one drop for 30 days and thepressure is 16-18. can you tell me the prognosis?

Good.: You have responded well to a single drop. With close follow up and monitoring of visual field and eye pressure, most patients who are compliant with their drop instructions can do extremely well.

? 30%: I would question further into how they are making the assessment if 30% damage and even if you really have glaucoma. You may only be suspect due to a few findings. See an eye md. Prognosis is great with most types of glaucoma and today's treatment with drops and laser.
