30% nerve damage with some peripheral vision loss not in field of vision. used 1 drop for 30 days & pressure down from 27 to 18. on the right track?

Yes: My initial impression is very positive. Your pressure has been lowered by 1/3 which is most encouraging. There have been several major glaucoma studies demonstrating that this amount of pressure reduction is good.

Yes: But you need aggressive therapy if you are 58 and already have lost peripheral vision. I would aim for 15/16.

15%: Usually a 15% decrease in pressure is considered a very good result, but your next set of tests will help determine if the drop is working well enough.
