See a dentist: At your age (no offense intended), your wisdom teeth should be pretty stable. Movement, especially to the back, suggests there may be other problems. The most likely possibilities are active gum disease and/or changes in your bite (usually due to tooth loss/removal without replacement). The only way to know for sure is to see your dentist for an exam. If there is an underlying cause, get treated.

Probably not: Most teeth in the mouth have a tendency to move forward. This is why most people experience some degree of crowding of their front teeth as they age. If your wisdom tooth is moving backwards then there is problably something causing that to happen. I would recommend that you see your denist or an oral surgeon to have a panoramic x-ray done to see what is causing this movement.
