Not much: Your total white blood cell count tells the big picture and the differential splits up the components. Eos should be 1-2%, so an elevation there may imply allergy, neoplasm, addison's disease, parasite, or other conditions. Your segmented neutrophils are just a hair on the low side, that that indicates that what you have is most likely not a bacterial infection.
