Yes: This finding is common in people with nasal allergies, and it is usually not a cause for alarm. More important is the absolute number of eosinophils, which may be up to 500, depending on the lab. A high eosinophil count may be due to a drug allergy, and I would observe for other symptoms.

I wouldn't: Usually the absolute eosinophil count is 500 or below in health. If you feel well and it's higher, it's your physician's call whether to check you for helminths or just watch you. A very high level is worth a hematology consult. Best wishes.
