That is the fear: You don't have to but that is how many chiro's make their money. Patients are often encouraged strongly to return (?Monthly) for "adjustments" that apparently do not cure you -- otherwise, why return? But you absolutely do not have to return unless you like spending money. Having said that, many people swear by their chiropractors. Perhaps they like the very expensive massage.
