Heck of a Neck!!!: By the looks of your 'conditions,' it's probably more than just a middle back injury (unless you fell through the sun roof at the W on your way down from the 13th floor). But it is a general principle that other parts of the body compensate for an injury in another part. Hence, low back pain after an ankle injury, etc Looks like you might need more than a chiropractor...
