Pain with walking ?: 2 kg seems relatively light. If you get chest symptoms with fast walking or prolonged walking then this would be consistent with cardiac nature. If not then it could be related to sternum where the rib cage attaches in the front of the chest and this is a condition called costochondritis and is usually off to the sides of the sternum.
