A member asked:

I have stitches in my finger it's starting to look a little dark compared to my other fingers. not much but a little. should i be concerned?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Concern not worry: Sometimes color changes a bit when tissue has been robbed of it's blood supply. I would not worry unless you developed signs of infection such as redness, swelling, warmth, discharge, red streaking up your arm, or fever.
