Cut the finger tip pad off my finger, can it heal properly without stitches?

Not liely: If totally severed it may be saved if quickly reattached. If partial, hold the tip to the pad with direct light pressure and go to er if totally severed and hours passed, it will scar over time or need to, be approximated sorry.
