Blister: The blister may be from reaction to plaster or breakdown from rubbing. May also reflect a tight fit which can compromise blood supply, ( pain?) Since it can get infected I would go back to the clinic and ask that they remove the plaster and just use gauze in the area. After 24-48 hours the skin is sealed so that should be sufficient unless there was a fracture. But get it checked out anyway
