You're probably OK: We have so many systems to keep our bodies in balance. My guess is that if you were seriously in need of more water than you were getting, you would have felt thirsty. We get a lot of water in our foods. Our bodies do need more fluid during pregnancy, so it's usually a good idea to keep yourself well hydrated. You'll need plenty of water during the rest of your pregnancy and if you're nursing.
