pls i want to know if drinking salt water will affect a three months pregnancy.

No: If you get enough salt in the water you are drinking, your bodies usual response is to vomit. If you swallow a bit of salt water swimming in the ocean for example, while you might not feel well it shouldn't affect your baby.
