A 29-year-old female asked:

Is pedialyte safe to drink during pregnancy?

Yes, but why: Pedialyte is a safe electrolyte solution that can be consumed during pregnancy with no fetal risk. But why ask? The product is made to use in infants as a fluid supplement during vomiting & diarrhea. Adults can easily get by on less expensive products like gateraid diluted to half strength if they need such help.
