Of course!: preferably the water should be spring or drinking water, not from a lake, pond, or well etc. Make sure it is sanitary to drink or there may be risk of parasites/bacteria.

Yes: Your baby is surrounded by fetal membranes & fluid and kept at your normal body temperature. The fluids you drink, whether hot or cold will not have any effect on the fetal environment. It is far too distant & protected for this to have any effect at all.
