Very Rare: Warm sensation would not likely be a symptom of a brain tumor.

Very unlikely: A head warm sensation is unlikely a brain cancer symptoms. Not all brain cancer cause symptoms. When they do it's usually headache, weakness, clumsiness, seizures and somtimes nausea, vomitting, vision problems or speech difficulty.
