My baby has a lot of gas at night. she farts, but they sound like big adult winds. she then passed a stool that was green and almost solid, i would say lumpy almost. she is only 12 weeks old and exclusively breastfed?

Yes: All babies swallow some air when they feed and it either comes out as burps or farts. Some swallow more air than others. The description does not suggest a significant problem so I would just consider it as part of her present status.
