My 6 months old baby changed rom nan optipro 1 to 2 and he started solids. butternut, sweet potatoes carrots and rice cereal. hes been constipated and didt poo for about 4 days thereafter, his stool is small and semi hard. should i give him meds?

Fluids: A small amount of prune juice, 1-2 ounces twice daily may relieve the symptom. Keep the baby well hydrated with formula and provide the solid feedings three times daily. Please follow up with your PCP, watch for any blood or mucus in the stool.
