See answer: If it is simple scleritis, visine can help. If it is a bruise on your eye, time will heal that. Other options of course, for the futre, are to avoid fighting.

Will go away: Time will make the blood go away (1-3 weeks). See your doctor to be sure the eye has not been damaged.
