Sometimes i get red eyes in one particular spot. i do have a desk job, so i'm looking at the monitor for hours. is this a cause for concern? i don't feel any pain, u just notice it from time to time. bloodshot red but a small spot?

Opthalmologist: Having a red spot in the eye can be indicative of an enlarged blood vessel at that point. If this is a persistent occurrence you should have your eyes checked thoroughly by an opthalmologist. They will check your eye pressure and the internal structures as well as the sclera and lens for any problems

You may have dry eye: I would suggest to use OTC artificial tears three to four times per day, and more during the time you are on the computer.
