Normal abdominal cscan w/ contrast. all organs normal. normal bloodwork, w/ the exception of alt elevated to 115. what is ruled out here?

What?: 90% of all diagnoses are made with a history and physical examination. Lab tests and x-rays can help narrow the field, but are not as good as a good doctor. Normal labs can help rule out certain conditions; however, if the history and physical examination are convincing, the labs can be wrong. Without the entire story, nothing can be ruled out.
