Depends : It depends on age, sex, weight, height, muscle mass. On average, for a woman 1000 calories for the first 5 feet in height, plus 50 calories for every inch above that, plus 10% if you're sedentary. So that 2000 calorie diet they put on nutrition labels? Only good if you are a 5'8" man with a physical job and weigh 170 pounds.
