Gallbladder/ulcer ER: Right sided/midline could be gallbladder attack-passing stone. Left sided/midline could be ulcer in stomach duodenum other stuff possible, less likely go to er.

Rib cramping: This is very atypical. The ribs don't spasm but the intercostal muscles do. This can be due to various neurologic conditions or may reflect some intrathoracic infectious/inflammatory/metabolic etilogy emanating from irriation of the parietal pleura. You need an exam, some basic preliminary lab studies and an chest xray just to begin.
