Try Naproxen: Some of your symptoms may be normal when on your menstrual cycle. A trial of Naprosyn (naproxen) or Birth control may regulate these symptoms. Good luck

Nerve reflex: It sounds like yo are experiencing a vaso-vagal reflex as a result of your cycle. It is common and does not mean there is anything wrong with you - but it can be very disturbing when it happens and there is nothing you can do to prevent it. If you sit down or lie down when it happens, it may resolve quicker.
