Nose: Be more specific. Are both nostrils congested shut or just one. Or one and not other. What are situations that only one week. Consider exposure fumes, meds, etc. Could try afrin (oxymetazoline) an over the counter decongestant. Limit it's use 3 days. Consult doctor for proper evaluation.
