Follow them: Your enzymes may have been up because of some medication you took. Even a few drinks can sometimes do this, or hard exercise if you're out of shape. And "vitamins", especially "natural herbal supplements from overseas" are often not what they're supposed to be; some are liver poisons. It's your physician's call about screening.

Abnormal labs: One positive and one negative test usually looked in the terms of lab error, inciting cause is eliminated before the second test. Any alcohol use?. May be fatty liver, numbers can fluctuate. The supplements you mentioned should not cause it by itself. Have the test repeated after couple of months and if comes back high needs further w/u
