Dental infection?: Any painful lump in the face or head can be an infection. In the area you describe it might be a dental infection, a lymph mode or a salivary gland infection. Best to see an ENT doctor.

How can I reverse my TMJ pain and the asymmetry it has caused my face ?

See your dentist: You will need to get a consultation to find out what is exactly causing the TMJ pain or if it is something else, need to really see the facial asymmetry and get a ct scan.
Call either an oral surgeon or a prosthodontist who has training in tmj.

How can I stop pain from shaving my face?

You can: Use warm towels to soften the hairs on your face before shaving. Are you using a shaving lotion that contains emollients/moisturizers? If you are doing these things and you still have pain shaving - you might consider evaluation by a dermatologist.
