After being hit in the face i have a large round lump on the jawline of my chin under the skin which hurts when touched. what could it be?

Hematoma: I would recommend that you should consult a physician and get x-rays done to rule out mandible or jaw bone fracture.. My guess is that you probably have developed a hematoma which is a collection of blood under the skin. Large hematomas sometimes need to be evacuated surgically. While smaller ones can resolve spontaneously.
