Maybe....: Could be the swelling(s) you mention are due to inflammation of your salivary gland(s) :Parottis. There are some VIRAL infections that can cause similar symptoms (The familiar one MUMPS!) I assume you received Mumps immunization! Talk with your Primary Care Provider. Hope this helps Dr Z

Complex: You have symptoms that can involve many diagnosis. The swelling should be evaluated by a doctor and maybe have a biopsy done. Sounds like parotid gland involvement. Could also be side affect of medication, Are you on muscle relaxer? Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) can cause parotid swelling, excessive sweating, and gastritis.
