i have a lump on the inside of my cheek. its not visible to the eye but i can feel it by running my finger inside my mouth by my jawline. it cannot be felt from the outside on my face, it moves around slightly, it doesnt hurt but hasnt gone away and it

Cyst: The most common types of "bumps" on the inside of them mouth are muscinous cysts. They can persist for a few days or even a week or so. Typically they will break down and go away.
