Let me explain: It is not uncommon for people to bite their tongues really hard, but if did happen and itis not very deep and not to ice cubes on it for awhile to clam the pain and stop the bleeding. Salt water rinse could be use to clean after that. You could apply pressure to stop the bleeding also. Avoiding spices. Rarely the doctor have to use suture for problem. Good luck.
