A member asked:

Have some very deep lacerations on my tongue due to a bad bite that have healed years ago. is there a skin sealant that can hold the splits together?

No: There is no sealant to address the issue you mentioned. If it is a problem, you may wish to consult an oral surgeon. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No: Other than suturing, no. If you have non-healing lesions you need to see an Oral Surgeon for evaluation.
