Pop goes zig: Popping zits traumatized skin which is already inflammed. There are comedones extractors. Adding BP which often irritates skin not great move. Talk to professional on comedones extraction, and when do it. In some cases, the abnormal force on such lesions could evan force bacteria into skin layers, ending up in cellulitis.
