Most likely not: If you are generally healthy you should not have any problems. Our bodies can handle things like this. Salvia can kill many bacterial and viruses. Rinsing with antibacterial mouthwash can help prevent infections. Spitting, rinsing and rushing were the right things to do. With this said, if you start feeling sick go the a doctor immediately.
