I feel i have a "lump in my throat". i've had ct scan of neck, endoscopy, (reflux), take patonase for sinus drip. had feeling over a year now.

Lump in throat: Have you had your thyroid and parathyroid glands evaluated? Is there anything abnormal with the esophagus or the uvula or palate? If the nasal spray works then it could simply be a component of post-nasal drainage that needs further medication intervention.

I suffer from sinus and acid reflux recently I found two lumps on each side under my jawline and I'm experiencing neck pains as well as a dry throat.
What causes non symmetrical face structure, sinus problems, and unequal pupil size with double vision? Lump in neck, poor gag reflux,and diff swallow?
Can it be silent reflux? Post nasal drip and feeling like the throat (whole neck area) is expanded. Nasal spray, sinus rinse & omeprazole do not help.
