Lump in Throat: Are the "nodules" in your thyroid? If so, have you had a needle biopsy or ultrasound? Also, gerd can be chronic and may need more agressive management... Elevation of bed, increased omeprazol, a change in diet even surgery in extreme cases. See an ENT specialists to check out your need for patenase.
