I feel I have a "lump in my throat". I've had CT scan of neck, endoscopy, (reflux), take patonase for sinus drip. Had feeling over a year now.

Can it be silent reflux? Post nasal drip and feeling like the throat (whole neck area) is expanded. Nasal spray, sinus rinse & omeprazole do not help.
