Husband has an on & off feeling of a lump in the throat, along w/ a chronic sinus condition, he has been on Augmentin, nasal spray, & occasionally takes an antihistamine, but can't seem to get rid of it completely, can you offer any advice for him?
Have been diagnosed with GERD, the possible silent reflux kind, where acid comes all the way back up. Not as much heartburn but more clearing and irritated throat. Also have chronic sinus nasal and ear irritation. Could the acid cause that?

Ct scan of chest and sinus clear.. Still have mucus in my throat every day..3 months! tried nasal spray, Mucinex (guaifenesin) and antibiotic. Not better..Help!?
