No, confused?: Hi blood sugar occurs when one has diabetes. Hi blood sugar does not make your teeth hurt. Eating or drinking foods and liquids that are high in sugar content can make your teeth hurt, but only if you have cavities or exposed root surfaces, broken fillings, leaking fillings, etc.
