'Weird taste, dry mouth, thirsty and frequent urination' could be suggestive of many health conditions of which Diabetes might be one but in this era of Coronavirus, that too among other Infections, must be considered. In addition, Vitamin Deficiency Syndromes, Endocrine/Hormonal and Metabolic Disorders can be causing problems. Briefly stated seeing PCP for Comprehensive Evaluation recommended
